My husband’s exact words, “I never thought I’d say this, but that meatloaf was a winner.” We will be making this again. This is a dang good recipe for meatloaf and it doesn’t need eggs to bind or stay moist! It came together easily and, as a bonus, by toddler ate EVERY BITE.
I served this with steamed carrots and the mashed potatoes from previous recipe.
