Homey, Down-to-Earth, Simplicity
A very traditional, cold weather dish from Lebanon that is naturally allergen-friendly. Simple ingredients, with a bit of time stirring, create a deliciously rustic meal. Both my toddler and my husband devoured this and asked for more.
Accompany with tomato wedges, onions, pickles, Lebanese cabbage slaw and/or bread.
