A beautifully dense cake just begging to be served with tea.
Perfect for an afternoon snack, this dense cake hits the sweet spot without being super sugary. Though I make it as a snack, it would fit right in with any tea party, picnic, or brunch spread. In our allergy household, we enjoy this cold, but it is also traditionally served warm with cream.
